Hello, I'm Neva, your personal assistant. What does MadeForPrivacy cost, and who do you pay for what? Predictable, with no fine print.
Your server costs 399 euros per month, including basic support: updates and a ticket hotline. On top of that, there's one license per person. A user costs 10 euros per month; an admin costs 5 euros more. All prices are net.
AI services are unlimited, both local and external. You pay external providers' token costs directly to the provider. We don't earn anything from your usage. And local models have no token costs at all.
If you want, you can add modules as packages, additional service packages and custom development.

NeckarByte is both licensor and operating partner. The licenses cover the platform including basic support; if you want more support, you can add it (see below). Setup, integrations and your first agents are provided as services.

All prices are net, plus VAT. You pay token costs for external AI services directly to the provider (e.g. Microsoft Azure); local models incur no token costs.

What counts as a user, and what as an admin?
Every person with access to the client needs a user license (€10 per month). Anyone who also edits server settings – agents, AI services, Knowledge, users – is an admin and pays a €5 monthly surcharge on top of the user license.
What do the AI calls cost?
The platform limits neither the number nor the type of AI services. You pay external providers' token costs directly to the provider; MadeForPrivacy shows them per run, per agent and over time. Local models cost no tokens – only the hardware they run on.
Is support included in the price?
Yes. The server price of €399 per month includes basic support: updates and ticket support. You can add service packages with a block of hours, for example for monitoring, update windows and ongoing development.
How do process agents get added?
You tell us which process you want to automate, such as order or invoice processing. We set up the agent in your installation, connect your systems and activate it. You can find the modules with prices and a sample calculation on the Modules page. Meeting minutes are not a module but a built-in platform feature.
